I'm looking for articles about how easy or hard it is to manage a treatment programme for people with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa when anti-retrovirals are free - and I can't find a lot. Urgh. On a World AIDS Day-related note, we had our first 'tutorial' on Friday and it was about HIV. Apparently the Kenyan government has made anti-retrovirals available free to all who need them. And 6.1% of the population is infected ( Read more... )
